Prices and conditions of Le Moulin de Lande

•A rental week goes from Saturday 16:00 h until Saturday 10:00 h; arrival time between 16:00 h and 22:00h. Exceptions are Christmas and New Year’s Eve where we have flexible arrival dates. Should you prefer a different arrival day in the off-season, please contact us.

•All prices include electricity, water, gas for cooking and local tourist tax.

•Sheets and pillowslips are changed every week. You need to bring towels yourselves.

•We can place a children’s cot or playpen for you at no extra charge; please indicate this on the reservation form.

•Rentals to more than four persons will only be granted in exceptional cases and after consultation. When renting a cottage to a group of more than 4 persons an additional fee of €50 p.p. per week applies for the extra person / people.

•Sauna and jacuzzi are accessible for a surcharge and need to be reserved a day in advance.

•All-terrain / mountain bikes can be rented out.

•Pets are not allowed in order to maintain the tranquility of the site.

•Smoking in the cottages is not permitted.

•We maintain a minimum rental period of two weeks in July and August.

•In the off-season we charge an extra 10 euro per day if you require central heating.

•Your reservation will be confirmed once the downpayment (25% of the rental sum plus 10 euro handling fee) has been received.

•You will receive a final invoice 6 to 8 weeks before your arrival. The invoice will show an additional deposit of 150 euro to be paid at that time. This deposit will be reimbursed within two weeks after your stay in case of no breakages.

•Cleaning costs (obligatory) are 50 euro and need to be paid in cash upon arrival.

•Cancellation conditions: until 6 weeks prior to arrival cancellation costs equal the deposit. Should you cancel within 6 weeks prior to arrival we require you to pay the full amount.
