A paradise for children (and their parents)

Le Moulin de Lande is a paradise for children, without it becoming too much of a ‘ kindergarten’. Children can play freely in the big garden, near the swimming pool or in the river. There’s table tennis and a small playground for the little ones with a swing, a slide, a sandpit, etc.

The self-catering holiday cottages except for L’Orangerie are all single-floor, which is quite safe for little children. All have beautiful and practical tile floors. Measures have been taken to make the domaine childproof, like fences in several areas, without compromising the character of the estate. We will be pleased to offer you a kids chair, bed, pillow, toilet seat, baby bath or anything else; please indicate your requirements on the reservations or contact form.

The swimming pool is completely surrounded with a childproof fence to ensure that your kids cannot access it without your permission. Our little private beach lies 200 metres upstream. The big garden touches upon the little river of La Lande multiple times. It is a beautiful spot to look for animals or fish. If your kids enjoy these things they can also help feeding our guinea pigs and chickens.

There are a number of child-friendly restaurants nearby. If you would enjoy a night out by yourselves we can arrange a babysit.

The baker drives by every morning with fresh-baked bread. For all daily amenities that you might require it is an easy 10-minute drive to a LeClerc Hypermarché.

When your kids are not yet of school age you can enjoy the beautiful weather and surroundings in all tranquility. April, May, June, September and October are perfect months to visit. These are quieter and lovely times of the year to relax and to get to know this beautiful part of the Ardèche.
